I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the centre of a vibrant and bustling city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I was impressed with the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the clean and cosy rooms to the gleaming bathrooms. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore the local attractions and shops. And let's not forget about the breakfast – it was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit every palate. I was really impressed with my experience at this hotel.

Quick customer service. We could walk to Northern Gallery for Contemporary Art as it’s 15 minutes away. The staff was great and the hotel met all requests. Location, easy walk to all attractions

Great location for exploring the city, close to attractions and bars. Good value for money with the meal deal, the buffet breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable.

Parking was a bit tricky as there was limited space available and we had to park at a nearby car park. The check-in process was slow, and reception staff were not very apologetic.

Great location for business with a nearby shopping centre and public transport links within walking distance. the rooms were spacious and housekeeping kept them clean throughout my stay. the restaurant had a good variety of breakfast options and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows, making for a great night's sleep.

I found the check-in process to be slightly disorganised and there was no information given about the hotel's facilities or check-out times. the car park was small and I had to park at an alternative location, which was not ideal for carrying my large luggage.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Sunderland city centre, which was just off the city centre and very close to the shops. the room was clean and cosy, with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was immaculate and the service from the staff was excellent. the breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic, with a wide selection of fresh and plentiful food. the location was perfect for exploring the city and it was only a short walk to the theatre.

That the heating system in the room kept resetting every 4 hours, which made it a bit too hot during the night.
